D3fenders requires that a user have an Solana wallet in order to use the Services. When your Solana wallet is used to mint or purchase a D3fenders NFT, your Solana account address is provided to D3fenders by the third-party platform on which the Solana wallet is created.

We do not receive Personal Information from third parties currently. Personal Information received by D3fenders in the future from third party websites or applications will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications, including for purposes of providing account linking services or payment services. D3fenders has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of these websites or applications.
